They are either playing or yelling at people when it’s clearly their complete lack of processes and professionalism that causes people to complain. Twice I’ve had to ask for refund due to wait time. Yesterday was my final straw. Order was placed around 4:30. Because of Super Bowl order was slated for pick up by 5:17. I arrive at 5:25 to a standing room only of folk waiting on their order. Older women was telling the crowd that the pickup times are delayed by 30 mins… fine, I’ll wait, it’s Super Bowl. Food was coming out extremely slow, one order every 7 mins or so. They were either laughing or complaining and there were was no one being proactive. At 6pm, after still not getting called I went to three people and said I just needed to know ETA on my order. They said they didn’t have my order in the system though I had an order confirmation!!!! I asked for a refund - total waste of my time and energy. I’ll never ever be back.

We showed up at 5:15pm to pick them up and we were told they were at least 2 hours behind. There were well over 30 people in the store waiting for backed up orders. When asked about a refund an employee said they would send a picture of our receipt to their manager but it wasn’t their job to confirm whether we’d receive a refund. The employees were not helpful and were being rude to most customers including us. I am sure the employees were overwhelmed and it seemed they had no managerial support on an incredibly busy day for this type of business. Along with many of the other poor reviews here, I wouldn’t recommend this location as they seem to be very poorly ran.
