I left the line drove over to McDonald's and was waited on and served my special order sandwich in under 5 minutes. Never going to that Wendy's, ever.

No greetings, barely competent English comprehension, even speaking slowy, I regularly have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times, often times, for them to still get it wrong. Clearly DEI is not working well here.
