The dining room was a disaster. I went back because it was a new location and wanted to give them another chance and it was even worse, employees were extremely rude and they messed my entire order up. Month later the sign said it was under new management so I decided to give it one more try and went through the drive thru. i was begged for money multiple times while waiting to order (not uncommon for durham) and after getting my burger and fry I asked for a cup of ranch and was interrupted before I could even get it out and was told I would have to pay for it. As if I was a dummie for not assuming that at first. So they gave me ketchup instead and the outside of the packets were covered in old ketchup which got all over my food in the bag. You cant make this up, it cant get any worse than this restaurant. I don't think they even care. Avoid at all cost.
