Renting the bays were so confusing we went from two stalls to one for a party of six. I got my first beer while sorting out the bays at the bar, and the bartender seemed annoyed I didn't ask the person coming around the bays. And then any time I did order anything from wandering waiters, it took 45+ minutes to show up.
I did not get this kind of bad service from the times I went to drive shack and will be going back to drive shack if I can help it.

3.5 Stars…Iv been to about 8 Top Golf locations between NC and SC and this is slightly below average. The place is clean, staff is friendly, and equipment is well maintained. However we waited an hour and a half for food that came out cold. I do have sympathy for an understaffed kitchen but a fair warning for visitors! We will continue to go to this location but likely only for golf and drinks.

This was our fourth time visiting this location, and all previous experiences had been great—until this visit. We waited about 15 minutes just to receive the sodas my two daughters ordered, and our waters took just as long. Given that delay, it’s easy to imagine how long our food took to arrive.
After we finished eating and playing games, our group stayed at the table to relax and chat. We had also order an alcohol beverage, and while trying to finish my drink, the manager came over and asked us to leave because the table had been reserved for the next party. This might have been understandable if the location had been busy, but there were over 30 empty tables available. We left feeling frustrated that our evening was cut short.
The food is great, but the service during this visit was extremely disappointing.

This was mine and my family's first time visiting top golf or really any golfing experience aside from the occasional putt putt. We walked in it was clean, I was greeted promptly and our station was even ready before my reservation! Our attendant Brandon was phenomenal at showing myself and my party how everything works and was attentive on making sure we were good throughout our time! The food was "okay" which is why I gave a 4 star but I suppose im not there for the food. I loved playing the games and my daughter had a wonderful time as well which for a teen isnt always easily accomplished! The price of everything was super reasonable and I told my girlfriend we definitely need to go for a girls time! Definitely will be going back and definitely would recommend!

No prices on the menu (just expect everything to be grossly over priced), service is painfully slow and lacking, the whole thing is a money grab if you're just trying to have a casual good time and are not a serious/experienced golfer. Bought a 90 minute bay, ordered food 20 minutes in, took 50 minutes for it to come, at which time, instead of being the least bit apologetic, they tried to pressure us into buying more golf time. This was on a Sunday where there were many vacant bays the entire time we were there. I worked in food service for many years and there are just SO many things wrong with their systems of service I don't even know where to start! Brought us messy dripping appetizers, with no plates, napkins, or silverware! Never brought the left handed clubs we requested MULTIPLE times, never got silverware and ended up leaving food simply because there was no way to eat it, offered NO help to move to the dining area after we made it clear we were done golfing and just wanted to be able to EAT the food we'd ordered long LONG ago. If you're going just to golf or are a member of the TikTok generation you might be okay with this. For this millennial--never again. So many better ways to spend my hard earned money.
