  mi experiencia en top golf durham el dia 02/21/20026 Sábado fue terrible, la atención muy mala!!!, estuve en la bahía de primer piso, muy mala atencion, no me resolvieron ningun problema, quise un cambio de bahia no fue posible, pedi una comida comenzando mi tiempo (1:30min) y me la llevaron faltando 15min y porque pregunte por la comida y me la entregaron fria, no la pude disfrutar, la atencion de la camarera fue pauperrima. Nadie tuvo una buena atencion con mi grupo, nos sentimos ignorados totalmente no se si por ser Latinos, solo el manager se acercó y trató de resolver algo, seguramente no volveré a este top golf! Y ya he ido a otros Topgolf en Atlanta muchas veces y me encanta el lugar y el juego y la Atención es súper increíble, pero en este todo fue al contrario! 👎🏼

  Stopped in on a Friday made reservations ahead of time for party of 6 for a Birthday Celebration. Checking in was SUPER easy, I arrived 10 min early after confirming one hour earlier via text. Was sent my gulf lane by 5 min prior to my reservation time. Was greeted right away, the staff did a song and little dance! OUR server was PERFECT she made sure we were taken care of but not had a balance of not checking on us too much so we could enjoy our timed! The food was average for a place like Top Gulf, DRINKS were GREAT,10/10 highly recommend.

  Extremely Disappointing & Disorganized Experience – Not Date-Night Worthy I had a truly frustrating experience at Topgolf Durham during what was supposed to be a nice date night. We had a booked reservation, yet when we arrived, they made us wait past our reserved time. First, we were told, “They’re cleaning your bay.” Then we were told we could go to a specific bay number they provided. When we got there, it was already occupied by guests who were having dinner and had just placed their order. How does that even happen? By this point, we had already been waiting over 30 minutes. We found a staff member who said he would “talk to the guests” and try to get them to leave faster. We were left standing there awkwardly while he said he was “talking to the manager” and told us to just wait. This was incredibly uncomfortable — especially for a date. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. Once we finally got settled, there was no server around for quite a while. Even though we mentioned early on that we wanted to order drinks and food, no one came. Our drinks finally arrived almost an hour later. We were playing hungry and sober the entire time. When we tried to order dinner afterward, we were told the food would take at least another 30 minutes and that we would need to eat inside. After all the delays and confusion, we decided not to order at all. This was honestly one of the most disorganized and poorly managed customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. For a place that markets itself as fun and social, the lack of coordination, communication, and basic service was shocking. Definitely not the experience you’d expect — or want — for a date night.

  A group of 5 visited this located and left annoyed and honestly pissed off. For one, our server Ryan you making a comment “oh thank god u don’t want to play anymore, cause we have more reservations” if highly inappropriate. I am a paying customer if I want to pay for 8am- close, then I’m allowed to do so. 2nd thing, I’m pretty sure this dude was a manager, he need to take a shower, u are working for a company that deals with the general public, no one wants to spell the city dump. This same manager also wanted to argue with me about using my Cash App card, when I was just here week ago and used it. This visit to Topgolf was not pleasant, and if we decided to come back I will be asking for a different server/manager if I have deal with either one of them again

  Was my initial visit. Will go again!! Let's handle the downside first. 1. Strongly recommend a reservation. Our wait time was over an hour. 2. No coat check or place for coat storage during colder months proves inconvenient for groups having to use seating space for coats. Now to the good stuff!! 1. Plenty of parking! 2. Staff had great personalities and were most gracious with our party of 8. Despite being slammed, they worked 💪🏽 tirelessly ensuring each and every request was met. 3. Food and cocktails were surprisingly good! 👍🏽 😋 Enjoyed the fried mac 'n cheese balls, my burger 🍔 and accompanied tater tots. Others said the sampler platter, the chicken sliders, The Three Ritas and Dirty Dr. Pepper (cocktails) were tasty. 4. Overhead heaters worked well. Our group had an absolutely fantastic evening, laughing, hanging out, sharing food and celebrating my nephew's birthday! Will definitely be returning!!
