I love Taco Bell but this was so disappointing. The food was eh, I’ve had better Taco Bell in my life. The service was the real issue. We pulled up to the window and received no greeting whatsoever. When we asked if we could use the app to check in for points we were told a hard “no.” Upon ordering the employee was very short and not friendly at all. “What drink?” And silence instead of asking “anything else?” It just felt disrespectful. When I was told my total I was confused, it was way more than expected but I just assumed I misread or did my math wrong. It would’ve helped if he would’ve read off my order, but nope. I was planning on asking for clarification on the price when I got up to the window, but when I got to the window he opened it and just stared at me. I expected the normal confirmation of the order like “you ordered this, correct?” And then a confirmation on the price. When I didn’t immediately do anything because he was just staring at me he said “are you going to give me your card or what?” I was dumbfounded. I handed him my card, again he didn’t confirm my order or the price. While swiping my card he turned to his coworkers and said “these people don’t want to hand me their card,” talking smack about me in front of me. He handed me my food and card and closed the window. The order was wrong, he gave me and charged me for extra food. On top of all of that, no sauce, utensils or napkins. I have worked in food service, i understand the frustration and difficulty of the job, but I would never.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. This place definitely reaffirms that I really don’t need to eat from TB. The nachos were very soggy less than 10 minutes after I got them, the taco shells were cracked and I didn’t eat much of it. Ended up throwing almost everything out. Very poor quality.
They didn’t provide plastic ware or napkins either.
