I attempted to ask the manager for help on how to get a refund and then order the right food i wanted. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at me while saying "I dont know, give me a minute" I had my husband come inside to try to help me figure it out and while explaining to him the manager yelled from the drive through "I SAID GIVE ME A MINUTE" I was stunned and mad by then. Another worker tried to come help me and she started fussing at him for even talking to me! Dont come back to this location unless you want to be screamed at for talking to your spouse. Managers are supposed to be the face of a restaurant and if thats the face they want representing them, then you will lose a lot more people than just me.

They told me to pull around. 15 minutes later, I went inside to find the kitchen in disorder and asked how long it would be. The final straw was seeing the manager go from touching food, to grabbing her keys, then back to touching food without changing gloves or washing hands. There were maybe 4 customers there and at least 5 people working and somehow they couldn’t make 4 tacos in 20 minutes. Strong avoid. They will make people sick if they haven’t already.
