  I always order online via the app for pickup. My order is always correct and ready for pickup when I get there. Staff is always courteous. Accuracy and efficiency cannot be taken for granted especially at some Taco Bell locations. This location in my experience has been consistently accurate and efficient.

  Food is Taco Bell you get what you pay for. Line legit took 20 minutes and they’re using an ai voice to take your order. Final straw gonna boycott

  Whoever owns this location needs to 1. Review when you have peak orders, 2. Staff accordingly, and 3. Train your employees to be efficient. Waiting for +40 minutes is wild for Taco Bell. While at the window we observed the drive through employees on their phones with 10+ cars in a line that wrapped around the building.

  I am a Uber driver, and I went there to get my food. The staff taking turns going to a Gray Honda to smoke weed instead of making the orders make all the orders for drive through, not for Uber drivers. Professional service

  This place incredibly bad at what they do. They have an AI taking your order which would make you think the humans are working faster, no absolutely not I am in the line currently just sitting with three cars in front of me and I haven’t even paid yet. I guess management thought the work would be efficient and timely just because there’s AI involved somewhere. You gotta put people on the payroll to make the food. Not have a skeleton crew and have us sit here after work when we just want to go home with dinner. Mismanaged trash
