  I came in to use the bathroom and seen there was a code for the bathroom I go to the front to ask an employee do I have to buy something to get the code or can I just get the code for the bathroom as some places you have to purchase before you can use things within the store the employee a African American man with colored eyes and twist and or dreadslocs I forget just looked at me and didn’t answer me or acknowledge me in any type of way until a different coworker walked past him then he singled her to speak to me almost like I wasn’t even worth his time or it’s too much energy to answer a simple question about the bathroom? I asked the other employee for the code to the bathroom she then said it and left the building when I put in the code it was wrong and I never got to use the bathroom I didn’t feel comfortable asking any further because of the energy inside of the store didn’t want to get ignored again pls do better for future customers

  Not sure what was going on today (Feb 8) but after sitting in the drive through for ~12 min and not moving, I went inside to try to pick up my online order but found a like 10 people long, all wondering why no employees were helping customers. I left and canceled my online order.

  Beware, food will not be correct if you want to customize your food! This will be my last time coming here. Never had this many issues before it’s any Taco Bell in my lifetime! Asked for a “black bean Crunchwrap” and “black bean nacho supreme” and still got a beef Crunchwrap and the nachos has zero cheese! What the heck!! I even went to the store myself instead of Ubereats and STILL had issues. They weren’t even busy and I still cannot get the correct food. Would not recommend at all!

  Tonight I paid for an order of one burrito and one order of nacho fries. I paid for my order at 8:38pm, but I didn't receive the food until 9:46pm! This location consistently makes drive-thru customers wait in a line around the front of the building to receive our food and it's always a ridiculously long wait. Also, they lock the doors so no one can even come in to inquire about the status of their order. And the staff treats customers like we're bothering them for not wanting to wait an hour for a simple fast food order. I don't know if they're understaffed or what the problem is, but it's completely unacceptable.
