  Hire some better workers waiting on some simple items there's no line here absolutely nobody waiting 20 plus minutes for some freaking food.... Feb 18th 2026 ridiculous. Do you think you was waiting for some steak or some food that's been prepared from scratch It's freaking Taco Bell You getting two tacos and crunchwrap supreme This don't take all this goddamn time and it's nobody here there are no customers They already closed on the inside.

  I have no words. It felt like it was every employee’s first day on earth. there was as many employees as there were customers and yet it took 30 minutes for a basic meal. Soda fountain was broken. Drive thru was broken somehow? Honestly the owner of this franchise needs to burn it down for insurance money.

  I never post, so you know this was bad. Mobile ordered for pickup for 7:15. Arrived late at 7:25. Not a good sign that the workers were frazzled and turning people away saying they couldn't take any more orders. I was told my order would be 10 more mins. Since I had already paid we said OK and sat down. 20 mins later after multiple other people getting orders and my daughters and I watching numerous YouTube videos I went to check in. I heard "Oh, they're still here?" At this point they hurriedly started making our order. I tried to flag someone down to cancel my order. Finally I found someone who said I could only cancel on the APP which I didn't have (wife ordered). As I started to calmly voice my displeasure, I was told that they thought I had left. I assume they had convinced enough people to cancel their orders they assumed I had also cancelled. I continued to say how disappointed I was and was repeatedly met with the blame; that they couldn't see me, didn't know I was there and couldn't possibly have known I was still there. Multiple workers walked by us delivering orders out. At this point it was too late to cancel. They made our order probably within 5 mins. They threw in some free twists and fries, but the damage was done. By 8:05, we had our food and were leaving. The food was sub par Taco Bell. But it was fine. My hangry daughter cried when we got home because her hard taco was cracked. So there's that. I echo the other reviews. This place need a Manager or the Franchise to step in and probably close this place. If you think, oh, how bad could it be?; or, it's Taco Bell what do you expect? I expect edible fast food that takes less time than table service. Please do not go here. Save yourself the time and money. Chubby's is right around the corner and 10x better and not much more expensive.

  This was the shittiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, it took forever and they got my order completely wrong. I did check and it looked right, but when I fully opened it up everything was wrong.
