I ordered food on the app last weekend, it took my money, I go over to get my food and the place is closed for renovations. ????? Does Subway REALLY not have a way to disable a location from the app? Subway has removed all customer service numbers from their website. I was picking up food for myself and someone else so I’m out nearly $30. No one has responded to me from their little digital customer service assistant online. No one answers the phone at the store location. Their app is not the best anyway, but this is HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Money is not growing on trees right now, so to take nearly 30 dollars from someone meant to feed people… it shouldn’t have happened at all, but whoever is in charge should at least respond to customers.
