Ketan provided excellent customer service and the place was clean, thanks to her hard work. She was working diligently the whole time we were there. Our food was hot and tasty.

I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger (single). When my burger arrived there were no onion strings as pictured (I was told they don't have them) or bacon on the burger! The burger itself did not taste fresh. One of us only ordered a side order of the tots...we finally had to go ask for them. Service left a lot to be desired. I have to blame that on lack of managerial attention.
