They didn't have pepperoni or sausage or any of the "standard" pizza offerings. The pizza was all pretty old looking. It was RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Three people with drinks was almost $60. It was edible and you could put in a special order, but I won't be back.

Unfortunately, that’s where our positive experience ended. There was a complete lack of service from start to finish. Not once did anyone come to our table to check on us, refill our drinks, or clear away the dirty dishes that were piling up. After waiting quite a while, I finally went up to the counter, where a young girl working side-eyed me while scrolling on her phone. I politely told her our table needed drink refills, and she rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her. When she eventually came to our table, she slammed the pitchers down and refilled our cups without saying a single word or even making eye contact. It was uncomfortable and incredibly unprofessional. I’m really disappointed because I’ve always loved Pizza Inn and expected the same friendly, welcoming atmosphere I remembered from growing up. Sadly, this visit left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.
