I tried three times to contact the store for an order update—two of those times, I waited over three minutes and no one answered the phone. The third time, they immediately put me on hold. I waited on hold for more than five minutes before I gave up and ended the call. I will not be wasting my time with another order from this store.

- JHJay HammonsOct 3, 20251.0Manager male gentleman in a gray collared shirt on duty tonight 10/3/25, a lot of people waiting for food which is fine because it's a Friday night, that's to be expected, there's a group of Hispanic gentlemen talking amongst each other and he started yelling at them telling them to get out of the store if they were going to talk in Spanish, keep in mind they weren't even talking about him they were talking about work, he told them they need to wait outside because they're taking up too much space and if they didn't leave he was going to make them.. it was so embarrassing several people including myself just walked out with them. He was being extremely racist to some hard-working men just sitting there patiently waiting for their food.
