After an hour of nothing showing up i saw that the tracker showed that my order had been cancelled by the door dash driver. When i called the store the told me the pizza is on the way so i waited another 20-30 minutes and nothing. I am currently on the phone while they just let it ring over and over. This papah johns is the absolute worst and I dont even think the owner cares because it has always been bad.

I drove to the location and there was a sign on the door that I needed to use the drive through. I waited in tge line for over 15 minutes. I got to the window, the guy stated that they are not taking any orders at the moment. He commented and said that he was the only one who was working all morning and the other just got there so they are not taking any orders. I asked him why wasnt there a sign posted which would have prevented me from wasting my time. He began to argue with me and close the windows in my face. This level of service is so unsatisfactory and I will never go back there to spend my money.
