Their prices are sky high for a bowl of soup and drink (the tea tasted old) and the help doesn’t know up from down about what’s on their menu. They couldn’t answer a simple question about what’s in their chicken noodle soup (other than chicken) and acted like they couldn’t be bothered (because they didn’t know). They are very disorganized and their wait is super long. Panera has gone down hill. Unless you have no other options and are starving, this would be one of the last places to choose.

Extremely disappointed in the Panera At Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC! The worst of all the Panera restaurants I have been in.
