  Every time I come to this location (which is literally almost every day), I am met with great customer service from the moment I walk in the door. I love the fact that I have so many options to choose from, but not so many that it's overwhelming. If I have questions, they have the answers and if not, they find it for me to the best of their ability. My food is delicious, granted I have my faves that I get regularly. Any hiccups, they promptly correct and do it without attitude. Please be cognizant that this location is at the mall, therefore it is VERY VERY busy during certain times. I have seen many customers get very angry and treat the staff poorly. They are doing the best they can. Please show some kindness, patience, & understanding and if you are incapable of that, then it's probably not the best location for you to visit. And just a message for the staff there, I appreciate you, your hard work, and helping me to have a good meal when I can't or don't want to cook for myself and my family. ALL of those things mean A LOT, more than you know!!!

  I ordered a meal while at the mall. It was to be ready at 4:05 pm and wasn't ready until 4:15 pm. The meal was delicious, but the staff was not warm and friendly like all other Panera Breads I have visited. They seemed overwhelmed. Praying for them. 🙏🏽

  Excellent food, as always, perfect.Temperature well prepared ordered on the app.Picked it up when I got there was ready to go.

  The smoothie I had was good but the place felt so depressing and just off. It didn’t feel like the rest of the mall.

  I don't understand why this Panera is rated below 4 stars. The food is consistently good and the employees are friendly and helpful. This place gets busy during peak times, so Understand you may need to wait a little bit longer to receive your food.
