They also got my order completely wrong today. To their credit, they were very gracious about refunding me after the mistake. Also, they refuse to respect the name I give them at the register. I often go by "AL" in part because my given name is hard to spell / pronounce. Today the cashier asked my name, I said Al. They suggested using "Allie" instead. I said "A.L." The cashier laughed in my face. This is the second time the staff at this Panera have tried to use a feminine form of my name, even when I spell it out for them.
