For instance I ordered the Toowoomba topping and didn't get it on my steak, and when we were offered extra bread we never got it. However, my steak was cooked perfectly and I loved the chilli!

The seared ahi was sliced and piled on top of dry lettuce. The manager states that is how the serve it. Huge overall disappointment! I'm never coming back.

She was reminded once, then came back, without the drink, to take the food order. My girlfriend wanted a slide salad "a la carte" which the bartender refused to accept as an order three times, only after I had given her my order she was willing to accept it. Another question about the drink... Then the salads came.... Still no drink.... Then I had finished my 25 oz Foster... we had finished half of our salads, when the first mixed drink finally came. Unbelievable! This level of unprofessional behavior mixed with an attitude made us finish our meals and walk over to the Japanese place that actually has a staff that can handle orders at a bar.

First time there , but very disappointed in the food temperature. I did get a 10% veteran discount and that was nice. But I expected much better than I got .
