The food is excellent! Why don't more people eat here? It's tucked away in an awkward strip center off a main thoroughfare. You can't really see it from the road, so location doesn't help. The hours they are open are limited by local staffing challenges. But if you love pan-Asian noodle dishes, you won't find better in the Triangle. Do yourself a favor, fight through the challenges. You'll be rewarded with some of the best dishes in the area.

Food remains good, served surprisingly fast. However, instead of being greeted by a human, you are now greeted by a take out kiosk, with a sign saying, Seat yourself, order from the QR code at your table. And get this, they added added a 12% dine-in fee at the last step in checkout. I did not see a notice of the dine-in fee posted. Also, in order to pay, you have to crest an account and manually enter your credit card info, no Apple Pay. As if that isn’t enough, the legs of the tables are supported by X-shaped crossbars, parallel to the floor, forcing your knees together as you bring your chair closer to the table. I get changing the business model, but in this case, it has been done so poorly as to be disrespectful and lose my business.

Food is QR code ordered only. Self pickup at the counter. I never saw an employee. Lots of signs on what to do, what not to do. Zero charm. Food was good, but where's the service everyone talked about in their reviews?

We walked out — not sure how the food is. Once we were seated, we realized that ordering had to be done by scanning a QR code. Then we discovered we had to create an account before we could even order, providing our name, phone number, and email address. Okay — we went along with it (we were too hungry to go somewhere else). Next, we saw that a mandatory tip would be added to the total. Fine. Then we were asked to enter our credit card number, expiration date, CVV, name, and billing address. After much hesitation, we did it. Then, we were prompted to tip again. Alright. We did. And then — the order process failed. At that point, it felt like we had ignoring so many red flags just to get a meal, so we decided to leave. On our way out, we noticed an ordering machine with a credit card reader near the entrance. Why weren’t we given that option earlier? We decided to give it one more try and started ordering on that machine. Just as we were about to swipe our card, a waiter stopped us — apparently, only people with takeout orders are entitled to keep their information private. That’s when I took my wife’s hand and walked out. Maybe the food is great. But I’ll never find out.
