    I had a very disappointing experience. They took more than 45 minutes, and one of the night shift staff members even made fun of the situation, which she hadn’t properly explained in the first place.

    When you stop by early in the morning and you on your way to work, you are expected to get good service. You pull up to the drive-through and they allow you to sit there for about 10 minutes with nobody else at the window before they were even take your order that’s wrong early in the morning people got to get to work. The drive-through should be fast and efficient. They need to work on that. This is one of the slowest McDonald’s that I have ever been through.

    Poor customer service, sat on the order line 20minutes and no responses. Worst McDonald I’ve ever experienced. I come to find out these people were on the phone, not taking any orders.

    I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The order taker was noticeably impatient when I tried to confirm my order. Before I could finish, I was told “next window” and cut off. There was no confirmation of the order details and no standard follow-up questions (such as whether I wanted ketchup or other condiments), which led me to worry about accuracy. The interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, with no basic courtesy or acknowledgment. I understand that drive-thru can be busy, but clear communication and a respectful tone are essential. This experience did not meet the level of service I expect, and I hope management can address
