  After trying to eat at Wendy's I abandoned the forever wait and came over to here. Very efficient, decent food and very thankful you know how to run a business.

  I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The order taker was noticeably impatient when I tried to confirm my order. Before I could finish, I was told “next window” and cut off. There was no confirmation of the order details and no standard follow-up questions (such as whether I wanted ketchup or other condiments), which led me to worry about accuracy. The interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, with no basic courtesy or acknowledgment. I understand that drive-thru can be busy, but clear communication and a respectful tone are essential. This experience did not meet the level of service I expect, and I hope management can address

  This store manager ( or the person with the keys locked the lobby 15 minutes before closing with me inside and got attitude that I was inside to pick up a to go order. Highly unpleasant

  We came late at night and there was only one worker on duty. The experience was very disappointing. The drink we ordered was filled with about 50% ice and very little actual drink. When I politely asked for no ice, the worker rolled her eyes and refused to make it without ice. I was there with my daughter, and the unprofessional attitude made the experience upsetting. I understand late shifts can be stressful, but basic courtesy and customer requests should still be respected. When we arrived to our house, we soon realised that my Mc chicken sandwich was missing, I was devestaded I dont recommended going to this location🥲

  Tonight was horrible police was everywhere you need better workers the worker was disrespectful to the customer I got video of her just trying to feed her kids and he held up the line for a hour felt like and I'm posting this on Facebook no man should treat a woman like this especially on today she only got two happy meals she kept telling him to give her money and he keep being a bully worst experience ever he is a big light skin bald head man with no respect to women with kids she called the police and he still was playing with her talking bad cooperate needs to get this escalated!
