  The worse experience I’ve had in my life. I pulled to the drive through around 3:30pm and the guy on the speaker was very rude from the beginning. I asked for a dozen glazed and when I tried to continue order he told me HOLD ON LET ME BOX THE GLAZED DONUTS VERY RUDE. Then when ordering the rest of my order which was a half of dozen of chocolate donuts, he just kept rushing me to the point I become confused because I didn't understand where the attitude was coming from. When i approached the window I asked if I could turn my half a dozen into a dozen and he said no because you already order and he wasn’t adding anything . I then begin to tell him because I was being rush on the intercom I didn’t know I needed more. He then said I’m not selling you nothing. I asked if he was the owner, he thru the box of donuts on the shelve and slammed the window which was already boarded up. I was so confused on why he was so mad and rude to folks. This is crazy business and he will loose this franchise so much money.

  12/13/2025 At 6:45 pm, my wife and I stopped by to pick up some doughnuts and my wife ordered ——everything that she ordered they were out of, but we finally got a dozen of assorted and my wife ordered the dozen of glazed that they were advertising for 9.95. We pulled on up to the window and the man told us it would be 38 dollars and some change and we asked why and he told us we had to mention the 9.95 glazed dozen to get it for the 9.95 price. Well, she did mention it when she ordered it! The man at the window was rude. We complained and he just looked away and did not respond.

  Always sold out of the main menu items. Never good attitude when asking how long before new donuts are made. Despite coming before 10a or after 1p there is always significant amount of items unavailable. Probably the worst version of this place I have been to.
