One of them was up front and when I mentioned that my drink wasn't tasting right, she immediately apologized and made me a new one. I didn't catch her name because I was in a rush, but I appreciate her kindness! I believe the other manager made my food, and the hashbrowns were super crispy and delicious. Thank you ladies!

I’ve never been in there where the staff didn’t have a bad attitude and act like you are the biggest inconvenience to their day. The one manager I have seen seems to be constantly yelling at the staff. Why are there 10 people working there but I’m still required to use the computer kiosk where nothing on the menu is where you would think it should be. Truly I feel like a masochist for returning to this place bc it is a painful experience every single time.

One of the best set of staff I’ve ever met. No matter what they always make sure that when I come in I receive great service. My food and drink is always fresh & hot. I’ve even walked in during rushes yes it may be a little chaotic but they always pull through and make sure everyone is satisfied. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work & don’t let no one tell you different ❤️
- LLLinSep 25, 20251.0I can't rate the food because I never got it. It was taking so long, I had to leave. The store looked clean and fairly new. The staffing is horrible and only one person seemed to know how to operate everything. The other 3 people were waiting for her to tell them what to do or show them how to do it. It's a train wreck in there.
