This morning my coffee was dark and I handed it back and when I drove off to taste it it was not good but I had to keep rolling else I would have been late for work. Once last wk when they handed it to me I went on and kept it but not this morning I handed it back because it wasn’t prepared how I like it I’m not going to pay for nothing I’m not satisfied with moving forward. Get in tic toc see that 1/2 TODAY if you ordered a drink you got a free doughnut and a mini tote bag. I was offered one and they couldn’t have been sold out because they opened at 6 and I was there aroun 6:10. It’s one lady there that know how to run the place, I can’t think of her name. Maybe this location didn’t get them because I feel like she would have given me one.

I want to take the time to say thank you for your personality your joy and your love. You are truly the definition of great Customer Service. I don’t know if you remember who I was but I came in there. I stopped you in your track and I just wanted to let you know that she was such an amazing woman in person. If there was more people that had great customer service like you fast food restaurants will be such about a place. Thank you for your personality.

They offered to take my order as soon as they were available, even though I wasn’t struggling with the system. I appreciated the prioritizing customer service, even with automated kiosks in place. And the Halloween buckets and donut holes are too cute and yummy to pass up!
