For context, I’ve been a huge fan of Dunkin since I was a kid. It’s one of the ways I reward myself, so I’ve been to Dunkins all over the country and even world. This location is nearest to my house, so I’m there regularly, sometimes every day for stretches of time. This is the best Dunkin.
At a place like Dunkin, it’s really all about customer service. This Dunkin has hands down some of the best employees that I’ve encountered at any establishment. They’re kind, warm, thoughtful, and dependable. If someone makes my order wrong, which is rare, I never feel like I’m inconveniencing them asking for a redo. They treat each other with kindness as well, and I think that goes a long way. The store is always clean and I rarely have to wait very long. Half of the staff have taken the time to learn my name and I look forward to visiting. I would say 90% of the staff are stellar—specifically Jacob and Brianna. There are quite a few other amazing workers that I haven’t learned their names yet. I haven’t seen her in a while, but KK is also fantastic.
I worked at Dunkin years ago, and it can be a really stressful environment! I truly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. Every Dunkin will occasionally get an order wrong, or something comes out weird, but these folks are always amazing about making it right. Mistakes are easily remedied but good customer service is harder to teach. This is an amazing location and staff should be proud of themselves.
Also, Dunkin corporate—consider hiring Jacob to come up with new flavors and great concoctions based on what’s available. Sometimes I just ask him to make me a mystery drink, and he always delivers.
YALL ARE AWESOME
