The reviews on the corporate level is lower than this location. SMH! This location is the absolute worst Dunkin Donut location in this area. I order here on two occasions and both times the customer service in the drive thru was deplorable. Last year i placed a order in the drive thru the lady was rude. Asked me in a rude tone to speak up or pull my car closer to the microphone. I was already as close as i can get maybe try turning up the volume to your microphone. I received my order paid and left. Told myself I will not return. This morning 12/30/2025 i stopped by thinking the service would be better. Nope, i was wrong. Yet again the girl asked me to repeat what i said in a very unproffesional tone a couple of times. Again asked to pull up closer to the speaker LOL. I asked her did she hear what i said she responds with i got it do you want cream cheese? Her tone and demeanor very rude and based on the other reviews I am not wrong! I immediately left the drive thru and took my business to Brueggers Bagels where the service was awesome and even received a good morning before ordering.DO BETTER DUNKIN DONUTS!
