  This is the worst Dunkin Donuts! I walk in and there is 2 workers I see. One counting money and the other is looking around. I say hello 2x before a response. The one counting money says "you can order on the kiosk or I'll be right with you. I order 2 jelly donuts on the kiosk. After awhile, I ask do you have any jelly donuts and she says no! I say "but I already paid" " I said give me my money back but instead I opted for 7 jelly munkins. Customer Service is terrible. Please find another donuts shop!

  Without fail, every time I come to this specific Dunkin’ my drink is the best it could ever be. Doesn’t matter who’s working, no store that I’ve ever been to can make it as good as this one.

  UPDATE: after receiving such horrible service this morning i tried to reach out to the corporate offfice. I won't even bother. The reviews on the corporate level is lower than this location. SMH! This location is the absolute worst Dunkin Donut location in this area. I order here on two occasions and both times the customer service in the drive thru was deplorable. Last year i placed a order in the drive thru the lady was rude. Asked me in a rude tone to speak up or pull my car closer to the microphone. I was already as close as i can get maybe try turning up the volume to your microphone. I received my order paid and left. Told myself I will not return. This morning 12/30/2025 i stopped by thinking the service would be better. Nope, i was wrong. Yet again the girl asked me to repeat what i said in a very unproffesional tone a couple of times. Again asked to pull up closer to the speaker LOL. I asked her did she hear what i said she responds with i got it do you want cream cheese? Her tone and demeanor very rude and based on the other reviews I am not wrong! I immediately left the drive thru and took my business to Brueggers Bagels where the service was awesome and even received a good morning before ordering.DO BETTER DUNKIN DONUTS!

  I absolutely love the $6 meal deal it gives me everything I need their croissants or crispy on the outside nice tender chewy on the inside in a very good way the bacon is crispy it is nice and warm and delicious and the coffee is an absolute addiction, I've had very good experiences with the service at the window,

  Indoors is a bank so the atmosphere is very unique staff are friendly and attentive
