- DADylan AllenDec 24, 20252.0Food was Chipotle standard, nothing crazy. Customer service and app were unfortunately underwhelming. We ordered ahead to be able to walk in and pick up food. The app notified us that our food was ready when it had not even been worked on yet. The worker apologized for the wait, and said she’d start working on them, but failed to mention there was an additional 20-minute wait on one of the meats for the order. We would have just switched the meats…. So all in all, waited in the store for 25 minutes, food was close to 30-40 minutes late, and poor communication. Again, food was fine, but terrible service.

The queso cheese was all dried up like no one touched it all day. Last but not least the server was very rude. I asked her the price for extra meat she said she don’t know she don’t deal with that. So we walked out. Rude. I went to another Chipotle on Miami and it was way better. Don’t go to this one ☝🏽!
- JLJ LDec 19, 20251.0I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The cashier, Iris, displayed a very rude and unprofessional attitude. After I had already paid, she made me wait to bag my food while she rang up her coworker, which didn’t make sense given that my transaction was complete. On top of that, she rudely told me not to lean on the glass, something I was not doing. I was simply pointing at items because the food preparer couldn’t hear me clearly. The interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I hope management provides better customer service training, as this experience definitely took away from what should have been a quick and pleasant visit.
