Today I had to work on my birthday and decided I would eat a birthday meal from Chipotle and I'm totally upset that I didn't choose somewhere else. I ordered the chicken pastor bowl and the chicken was too fatty (every bite seemed like fat rather than meat). After realizing I just wasn't going to be able to eat it, I took it back and got the steak bowl instead. I should have just asked for my money back at that point and went elsewhere bc the steak was so tough to chew. Of all the times I hav been here on my lunch break today of all days when I just wanted to sit down and have a quick & good birthday meal the food sucked! I guess it's safe to say the food at this location is good according to the cook for that day (which happened to be the manager) I voiced frustration about this to the manager and he seemed to care less. Sure I won't ever eat from this particular location again .. The photo is a pic of the steak that was so tough to chew that all you could drink was spit it out!

Problem was I waited more than 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready on the take out shelf, and it was nowhere in sight. I eventually went through the line and that's when I found out my food was somewhere not in the line of sight of the take out shelf. This wouldn't be a huge deal, but my husband just had surgery and I'm not supposed to leave him alone for too long. Just a word of warning for others coming to pick up take out, ignore the instructions and go right to the cashier if you don't see your order on the shelf.
