  I will absolutely not be returning to this chipotle. The only reason I returned today was because I had a free entree for them messing up my last meal. Its not even that the food is bad, it's the way they assemble it. Whoever the heavy set woman with the red bun and black glasses is that makes the food needs a reality check. Her attitude towards her coworkers and guests in front of me was like.. did that just really happen? She started yelling at her coworker because he mixed the old carne asada with the new batch and she looked at him and said "you piss me off" in front of a line of customers? Last time I went I had a mobile order for a quesadilla. When i got in my car, the bottom of my bag was soaked. It happens, I figured it was grease. No. Whoever bagged my food mustve 3 pointed it into the bag from across the room. I got green salsa as a side, and it leaked into the box, covered my quesadilla, and leaked through. I got green salsa all over my seat. Today, I wanted to claim my free entree, which again, I received because last time my order was assembled terribly. While she was making my burrito, I asked for green salsa. She put half of a scoop of the liquid, not the actual salsa. So, I asked for a LITTLE more green salsa, and she put a heaping scoop on top of what she had already put on there. If i paid for this burrito I would have absolutely had it remade, when she was rolling it, salsa was leaking out of every side. It felt apart from the salsa about 3 bites in, so I ended up eating it like a bowl. Lastly, this place is just gross. I've never been in here and it's been cleaned. Food all over every table and on the floor. And the workers stand behind the line cussing and joking. Theres a new Chipotle that just opened nearby, please go to that one instead.

  Good food at this location. Chicken not over-roasted like in most Chipotle locations, but the service is slow.

  Received the worst service here. Went and ordered a burrito and the manager wrapped my burrito so horribly that the entire thing fell apart on the table while I was eating. I spoke to the manager and she told me my options were to scoop everything (from the dirty table) into a new tortilla or buy a new burrito. I asked for a new burrito all together and she said I had to buy a new one despite her mistake being the reason my burrito fell apart. This is unfortunate because I really liked this Chipotle, but I will not be returning.

  This location is usually spot on, but the last two visits have been a complete disappointment. My very last visit had a bowl missing lettuce, cheese, and salsa even though it was written on the label. I understand mistakes happen, but missing half of the order is either intentional or a gap in training that should be addressed immediately.

  Just had a steak and chicken bowl, I said to myself this can't be chipotle, nothing tasted like the chipotle I have eaten before my bowl was giving rough start with no seasoning my chicken didn't even taste rite, I was very disappointed, it was soupy giving a potatoe salad taste
