    I have gone to this location several times, and they NEVER have the vinegar eye or red chimmichurri sauce. If you’re going to offer a product, then make it and have it for your customers. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

    I come here very often because my work is close by. The staff are ON TOP OF IT! They are so quick it’s almost too fast 😂 Seriously, a great group of staff that gets through the lunch rush.

    I recently ordered a bowl to go for lunch and had a question about my order while I was still in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a staff member who could effectively communicate with me in English to address my concern. Clear communication between staff and customers is essential to providing a positive dining experience, particularly when it involves order accuracy, dietary questions, or food safety. I encourage the restaurant to ensure that there are always team members available who can communicate clearly with customers and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner. I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to improvements in the customer experience going forward.

    Went to this location because it's close to home but definitely will drive a little further to the new on NC54. We wanted to try the new high protein bowls and when my husband went to order them, the staff didn't know what he was talking about. Luckily, I had took a screenshot of the online menu option and he was able to tell them what went into the bowls. The funny thing is the restaurant had signs advertising the new menu options but again they looked at my husband like he was crazy. In addition, both bowls had a few pieces of Adobe chicken in them.
