    I had a wonderful experience at CAVA. Ryan and Kris were extremely helpful. I originally came to pick up an order. However both encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try the food. I had a wonderful bowl!

    The food quality seems to have gone down significantly at this location. The food now tastes bland, and the vegetables are soggy and don’t seem fresh at all. The pita chips were said to be newly made but tasted extremely stale/old with an odd smell. The sanitation score seems to be taking a dip so all things considered this is more than concerning.

    Go to the Chapel Hill location. The franchise owner that owns the Durham location isn’t worried about the brand. I live Cava, but ever since it opened in Durham, I hate it!! No matter what time of day, or week, or even if the place is empty, you’re going to have a extremely long wait and will be met with “ we’re out of pitas, chicken, rice, etc!!! The store is trash literally!! It’s always dirty. TAKE A FEW MORE MINUTES AND GO TO CHAPEL HILL. THEY HAVE ALL THE FIXINGS AND THEY ARE FLUENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

    First time here, and the two ladies who made my bowl and rang me up were so sweet! I had issues in the app so I went in the place my order. Some places look at you sideways for not knowing how to order like you should have been there your whole life and weaned on 🌯 and ☕️, but she very graciously explained what would normally be an upcharge and then put a lil extra in so I could try. It’s different than what’s in the app, so if you can get the app to work, order from there. Anyway Ryan checked me out, and she was working that register. Respect! 🫡 Would go back inside again for the vibes.
