⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BEST CAVA EXPERIENCE EVER — THANK YOU DAFNE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I go to CAVA a lot, but today? Today felt like I accidentally walked into the VIP edition of the restaurant. And the reason? Dafne.
I’m not kidding when I say her customer service might be the best I’ve ever seen at ANY fast-casual place. She greeted me with so much positivity I’m pretty sure my bowl started tasting better instantly. She walked me through my order like a seasoned pro, gave recommendations that were spot-on, and somehow kept the line moving while still making everyone feel taken care of.
I swear, when she handed me my bowl, it felt like a moment of pure culinary enlightenment. She refilled drinks, checked on the dining area, and still managed to keep her energy up like she runs on pure sunshine.
CAVA, if you’re reading this: do whatever it takes to keep Dafne. Promote her. Clone her. Put her in charge of training the whole country.
If you walk into this CAVA and see Dafne working, just know your day is about to get 100x better.
20/10 — absolutely legendary service.

Came it at the start of there day. None of the food was ready. Food was cold even though they just opened. We had to wait 10 for pita chips.
Then…. I found a bone in my chicken. At first they didn’t care at all and then suddenly they wanted to complete and incident report. And they gave us a coupon for a free bowl.

I ordered a chicken/rice bowl. The young lady who made my bowl, Ryan was very helpful and sweet. I was impressed at how knowledgeable she was about the menu/ingredients in everything. I had a pleasant experience! The restaurant itself was spotless. Nice atmosphere if you decide to sit and eat there. The food was 4/5. No real issues. I'm not a huge fan of Mediterranean food but I was with someone who chose this restaurant.

I had never tasted cava before, so I was a bit nervous as I walked into the store to place my order. Unsure of what to choose, I found myself stuck in line until a kind lady approached me, offering to hook me up with the best firsthand cava experience. She literally Gordon Ramsay-ed my bowl! I was impressed by her patience and kindness. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic!!! I'll give it a 10/10! I highly recommend being served by Ryan!!!

Incompetence with a side of attitude...
We were hungry and had never been to Cava, so wanted to try it as we live nearby. Looked online to see their offerings for bowls. At the top of the list is the "CLIX CHICKEN SHAWARMA:, followed by the "GARLICKY CHICKEN SHAWARMA". We decided to get one of each.
When I walked in, three employees were standing near the back, and after a short wait, a young woman walked over and matter-of-factly muttered, "What can i getcha?'
No smile. No welcome to Cava, just an unsmiling ask.
I told her I wanted the clix chicken shawarma.
"The what?"
Not only did she not know what it was, she asked me to read to her the ingredients from the website.
"You don't know what's in it? You work here."
"No, there is no card for that one"
I was stunned. It is, literally, the very first item on their website, and I had to read her the ingredients.
To make a long story short, it took some doing just to get the basic bowl put together, with me reading the ingredients.
But here's the best part.
I wanted the GARLICKY chicken shawarma.
We got to the very end, I read the last ingredient to them, (by now the bowl had been shoved down to the other end of the serving line), and was told...
"Oh, sorry, we are OUT OF GARLIC DRESSING."
I asked why I would want a garlicky bowl with no garlic, and the server just shrugged her shoulders.
I left without the bowls.
I'm never going back.
(By the way, since we were hungry, we went over to Pot Belly's. Complete opposite experience. Smiling, happy people, especially a guy named Angel, happy to serve, conversational and pleasant. And the two sandwiches and bowl of chili were excellent!)
