    I think there must be new staff because I come here all the time and recently the food taste like it’s made with love!!! Great !

    I work a lot. I am guilty of ordering food on my way home and then not eating it til breakfast. I ordered chicken sandwich, no lettuce,add cheese, extra pickles, extra mayo. What I got was chicken sandwich with lettuce no cheese no pickles no mayo. Come on now… do better. But the guy in the window was Amazing. Wish I knew his name

    I had an experience here where it was terrible the first time, I didn't have my card with me and I tried to order 2 SpongeBob Meals on the Burger King app but they weren't in the app so I went inside to pay on my phone and get my food I ordered. When I went in one Hispanic girl with a long ponytail didn't even speak to me and had an attitude, the guy that took my order in drive thru had to assist me with my order when I went inside. I got my food and then seen that they forgot my 2 whooper jrs. So I had to go back and get them, when I went back inside again the same girl didn't speak to me at all, I just told her y'all forgot my whoopers and she didn't say anything to me she just turned around and I guess in Spanish told the cooks in the back to make my whoopers after waiting for 10 minutes I see the girl putting my whoopers into a ripped bag and she literally throws the bag at me and says "Here" and walks away. I didn't cause a scene because I don't want to be portrayed as an angry, fat, black woman so I just walked out to get the food to my family and nephew who was excited about the SpongeBob meal. When I get home I realized that they didn't put my extra fries in the box to sub for the Mr Krabs bites, they didn't put my jalapeno bites in there either and they didn't put the toy in the box and on top of that my food that I did receive was ice cold because I had to go back to get my missing whooper jrs. The experience was terrible and I tried to call the store but no one answered no matter how many times I called. I had to reach out to BK support to let them know my experience and how terrible it was, they tried to give me a 5 dollar off coupon even though I spent 37 dollars on terrible food and service so I declined and they got someone else to help me and the second BK representative made it better. I then get a call and text from the store operator Jeanette at the store and they offered to remake my food for free in exchange I write a better review about the store and my experience and I agreed and I was very shocked at the need to accommodate from Jeanette and felt better about the situation. I went back to the store expecting and hoping to get better service and to meet Jeanette and had high hopes that this next trip would be better and that the last time was just one bad person with an attitude but unfortunately I was met again with attitude and bad service from the store operator Jeanette which shocked me because she was so nice on the phone and very accommodating then, I guess the BK company spoke to her so she had to put on a nice act for them being fake nice, I felt even more let down now the second time even though the food was remade the atmosphere and attitude needs to change, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BURGER KING LOCATION EVER!!! I prefer the one on Roxboro they are way nicer and the atmosphere is better. To add they didn't have the Patrick star crunch pie so I had to sub for the Hershey pie and I STILL didn't get my toys that come with the meal!! This caused me such a headache and I got rubbed the wrong way about my experience from Burger King that I'm going to stay away from the whole burger king franchise for a while, well at least this location. I prefer McDonald's and Chick Fil a because their service is better and the only reason I went to Burger King is because McDonald's ran out of the Grinch Meals so burger king was my last resort, now I know, never again lol 😂😂

    I am pescatarian, so I gave the order in detail about what was needed. The cashier repeated the order and still messed up. And I was charged for sauce that comes with the dish.
