  Yuck is all I can say. I've never been before and will never go back. The food was sub par in quality. Tomato in my wrap was mealy and the amount of meat in my wrap and on the cheese steak was not consistent with pricing, Servie was also mediocre. Refills were lacking, we never received napkins or silverware, the adult meals came 5 minutes after the kids meals, etc. Safe to say we will never be back. It's one of those experiences where you feel you threw money in the garbage.

  That dinner was so unpleasant. We waited an hour and 20 minutes, the burgers arrived with burnt meat, the manager came to the table annoyed, took the check, and left it with us, taking the food without giving any explanation. We gave the waitress a cash tip, but she still took more tip from the check.

  The worst wings I have ever had in my life! And I'm not a young person! They literally were hard as a rock! Probably sitting under a heat lamp all day, which I picked up around 3:15 pm. I cannot image what the dinner wings will be like! The floor was dangerously slippery, not even wet, but more like greasy. The bathrooms were nasty, toilet paper all over the floor, as I heard an employee in the stall having a conversation on her cell phone.

  I try not to pile on, but after one too many negative take out experiences something needs to be said. I ordered take out and was given a 40 minute pickup time from the completion of my online order. I wait 20 minutes in the car and then came in to wait the additional 20 minutes only to be handed a bag full of cold food. I don't understand why my food is always cold for take out. I live 6 minutes, with traffic, away and the burger is wet and cold; the fries hard and cold. I literally waited in the restaurant until my order is ready and yet again for like the 5th time, cold food. It's bad enough that the wait times are ridiculous. The staff at the front counter are nice, but I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen.

  This review is old but I still think about it to this day. I visited around this tomr last year. One night I just got off work, me and my family decided to come here. I ordered something that had some type of garlic sauce one it. I didn't like the taste of it. To me it tasted salty. I didn't complain. But I didn't eat the food. I was just extremely exhausted and waited for my daughter and her dad to finish eating. When the waiter came back over she asked was everything ok, I didn't say a word but my child's father told her I didn't like my food. She asked why and I told her that it was salty. She got extremely upset and said it not salty. I said well how do you know, taste it yourself, it taste salty to me. She said maybe its just the sauce you don't like but I know its not salty. I didn't even bother to say anything more because I knew exactly where it was headed. I just said well I don't like it, so you can just take it. I only took one bite. She refused to take and said she will give me a 10% discount. Everytime she came to our table she had an attitude. I felt like she assumed I was trying to get over. I can see if I ate all my food and then complained. I literally only took a bite and never touched it again and still paid full price for it. The "10%" discount was laughable. It was a heavy caucasian girl, I think she wore glasses. She didn't even ask or offer me to try something else. She was rude all the way until we paid and left. I haven't been back since.
