Love this location - bagels are always fresh, but they are very stingy with the cream cheese.

I went in to get a bagel with salmon and the quickness was great but they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel and then when I asked if I could have a side of cream cheese they charged me $2 for it and there were about seven capers total as you can see in the picture. The customer service was nice, the people were pleasant but I'm not sure if it's their uppers telling them to make the bagels this way or if they're just doing it on their own. Not the best.

It has been probably 10 years since I’ve stepped in a Bruegger’s bagel and now I know why. The first thing I noticed was how tiny the bagels were in comparison to 10 years ago. I almost thought it was a mini bagel. I purchased the peppered bacon cheese and egg sandwich on a plain bagel. First of all, it was not peppered bacon, it was peppered egg. The egg was probably the worst tasting egg I’ve had in several decades. Unfortunately, I am spoiled and eat mostly organic eggs, but didn’t realize how dull and plain a microwaved egg tasted. I’ll give them credit for the fact that the sandwich was extremely hot. It was so hot that I couldn’t eat it for five minutes, in fact, almost burned my leg, while it was cooling. The sandwich was tasteless, the bacon tasted bland, the egg was horrible, but I must admit that the bagel was the best part, even though it was small. I purchased a cup of coffee, dark roast, the coffee was actually good, though the cream container was empty, and then when I asked to refill it, it seemed like the biggest chore. Once received it only had about a quarter cup of cream in the entire container. Not sure exactly the reason for this lack of filling. The next person would probably have the same problem as I did. Overall, my experience was extremely poor, but I gave it higher than normal rating because the coffee was very good. Needless to say, I will not be visiting here probably ever again. It’s a shame that a place that I used to come to often, many years ago, has gone downhill so far.

Of the Bruegger's Bagels in the area, this location has the best bagels in my opinion. There doesn't seem to be consistency across the franchise in terms of quality but this particular location makes nice thick round bagels with the everything bagel fully seasoned on both sides. The only knock is the lack of online order but they actually pick up the phone for call ins. Other locations don't bother picking up the phone anymore and their bagels are not as good. They are in a small shopping strip near a Walmart Supercenter which makes it convenient to pick up bagels and groceries if you are in the area. I highly recommend this location.
