  Service was friendly and on time. Food quality has fallen off over the years. Scallops and shrimp were small and not tender, almost overcooked.

  Went on February 14 was very disappointed with portion size and cold food.Had reservation for 715 pm,was seated about 720.Food came to table about 820 pm.First confusion with bringing the wrong plates(food was someone's else food) Ask to speak to manager on duty Aaron.who came over to table.I informed that food was taken a least an hour.He then asked did we want another $15 drank? He would check on the food.I stated only if you can discount the second drank?He totally Ignored that request.He the went over two tables started a 20 minute conversation with a couple.Meanwhile the table to left received their food.I had been at my table first and ordered first.I only ordered fish 2 plates. FOOD CAME COLD LIKE IT HAD BEEN SEATING IN BACK FORGOTTEN ABOUT.Got the $112.00 bill with two drinks added with no discount. I will not be given bonefish grille any more business.My business will be going to a private establishment Squids seafood restaurant in Chapel Hill.Please bonefish train your managers to care about the customers experience.All he wanted wad an add on for another $15 drank.Also your portions are shrunkflation

  Food was good and service friendly, and it was our first time dining at a Bonefish Grill. But disturbed, frankly, b/c not an hour after walking in ourselves, I overheard an African American pair (mother/daughter) being told they weren’t taking walk-ins at present. So, at a minimum, make a reservation I guess?

  I placed a pickup order for my favorite, imperial dip. The hostess came to my car so chipper and full of energy. It was just what I needed after a long 5 hours in the car driving for work. My food is always good at Bonefish, but the people at the Durham location really make it special!

  I ordered food to go in person and asked for the chicken marsala with its original sides, I added two premium sides and paid $35. When I arrived to my destination I was ready to enjoy my food and was surprised to find only the two additional premium sides and a chicken breast but not the entire chicken marsala meal. When I called and explained the situation about the mistake they had made I was told that due to inflation this was the price of my order. However they didn't listen to me as a customer, explaining that I never replaced the original sides that came with the chicken marsala. I simply added two sides and was fine paying $35 for the meal and additional sides. Disappointing that they are not willing to listen to customers and offer a solution. I guess they dont care to lose a customer.
