  The customer service was great and helpful. The food was hot. The timing was awesome, we went around 3pm.

  I am a “Bojangles faithful”, however I absolutely hate dining at this location! I ordered a 3pc Dinner and asked specifically for a breast, thigh and leg( dirty rice, bottled water and Bo-berry with extra icing) While fixing my order the server, who barely read the ticket, noticed there were no breasts. She asked if I wanted another thigh and I replied by asking how long would the wait be for the breast to come up. She displayed an attitude as if it was a great inconvenience to find out how long the wait was for the chicken. And then got even more indignant when I asked for the extra icing that was already on the ticket and even more when I had to ask for the bottle water that I already paid for. I’m just asking myself, in what world am I the problem when I’m waiting for what I ALREADY PAID FOR‼️ The sad thing is someone in leadership will probably see this review or be informed and nothing will change. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra five minutes to either Airport Blvd or Hwy 55 location or even go to the other location near the corner of Miami and US-70

  VERY DISAPPOINTED So Ive ordered today at 1:30 pm dec 3rd. Ive got me and my friend a 4pc chicken meal I asked to not please have a wing I made it very very clear that i dont want wing in the 4pc i want leg instead So guess what happens they give me FOUR wings literally. This is crazy and they way they talked was so rude and unwelcoming and what very annoying that i was being very clear that i dont want a wing and repeatedly said it. They guy on the window wasnt nice and he was just not welcoming at all which is i get sometimes thats not a problem but atleast get my order right man? After i grabbed food i went to my work which was 10hr shift and that was my only meal for the day and it was all wings ( which is not something bad to have wing but thats not what i asked for) im just very disappointed i usually like bojangels a lot but they were just awful today man very very bad treatment. Im not the type to do reviews but this was really bad.

  I ordered door dash to my job , it was almost Ana hour late and cold and dropped off at the wrong location then after hunting it down I opened it up to find hair in my fries and on top of my biscuit absolutely unacceptable and all I got was a credit for another door dash purchase , I called to let the establishment know that they should wear hair nets and I was assured they do and that the person answering the phone lacked it their selves like that mattered to me,, either way it goes I’m unsatisfied with the hair in my food .
