  Awful rude drive thru experience, I placed my order and was explicit about the sauces I wanted, I was willing to pay for them, I was placing my order. But when I get to the window and get my order there are no sauces in the bag. I asked for them and they start shaking me down to pay for sauces. I explain I already ordered them and show her the order receipt with 3 sauces. She hands me 2 of the 3, and when I ask for the last she says "OH my GOD you have to pay" I once again show her my receipt with 3 ordered sauces and she says "whatever im not arguing with you" and shoves the last sauce at me. I guess I just felt like I fulfilled my side of the interaction, I asked for 3 sauces with a picnic fry, they rung it up as that, and then after payment you wanna yell at me about charging for additional sauces? That is ridiculous

  Ate here last 3 times I was visiting the area, and the food was cooked just right, the atmosphere was great and comfortable, and couldn't ask for better service

  The food is great but these guys are insanely inconsistent with their sauces, I have to practically beg for one extra sauce when I go. Plus I think it’s honestly criminal that I have to pay $3 extra to have enough sauce for each of the biscuits I ordered.

  Combative management and charges over fees for the order does not apologize and does not fix the order with customer service. Inconvenience my time I had to get out of my car go in the store speak to the manager. The lady at the register says she’s the cashier manager in the front and charge me for that. They didn’t fix the meal so they fail to fix the meal according to order, she said he don’t go there management is disrespectful and they have attitude and they they don’t show customer service. They are not customer service oriented the worst I’ve ever seen. Who has been in the For over 40 years. I was totally dissatisfied and

  If you want dark meat, don't order from this store I ordered a 3 piece dark and gotten a wing and breast and a thigh. The thigh was the only dark meat I had. They could have given me 3 thighs if they were out of legs. This isn't the first time it has happened at first I thought it was just that person but I see that they all don't know the difference between dark and white meat. Since this happened more than once I will no longer order from this location. And since I ordered delivery I can't get the right chicken to come to me. ,
