Which is totally fine, but I wasn’t made aware of that until the drink was in my hand. I also asked for borounds with two meals but only received 1 and found out it wasn’t even put on my receipt. So, I went back around in line to get me some more, no big deal. But when i’m going around and both times the person at the register is being completely rude to me and has terrible customer service, i’m mad.

They came to the window 2 different times to ask me what I ordered and 3 other times to tell me they are still waiting on my sandwich. When I finally got my food, I pulled away. I got just outside of town on 501 and started eating my fries. They were over cooked or twice fried, not good. After I ate what I could of them, I started my sandwich. It was not a club. It was just a normal chicken sandwich. It looked like there was too many on shift with everyone bumping into each other when they moved around, maybe more than 10 staff.

Whyyyy do they have to get an order wrong everytime. Either you make the person behind you mad or the employees if you check it at window. And I've seen those shows or X employees that do gross things to your food if you complain too much!! That's why I just refuse to go there anymore🫣
