The icing is literally part of what makes it a Bo Berry Biscuit, so getting it without icing was really disappointing. I paid for the full item and didn’t receive it the way it’s supposed to be made. I’m honestly very frustrated because that’s the main reason I ordered it. (This was morning shift)
