One employee was mopping the floor and the other was sitting on the counter. The one mopping the floor finally finished then proceeded to put on gloves and ask what I wanted. I politely asked her to wash her hands. She stormed off and the other employee hopped off the counter and walked up to me with her gloves on and messing with her hair. YUCK! I said never mind and started walking out. She yells I can change my gloves and I politely stated no thank you! They have a 95.5 so yah, no thank you!

I had to call the store to explain to the staff that 2 pints made a quart and all they had to do was pack 2 pints to equal a quart. They were rude to my wife and this would be the last time we visit this location. This location needs new management or ownership and needs a change in culture. The poor service is unacceptable and the employees act like they don’t want to be there. I make the drive to Raleigh or Morrisville to get my butter pecan now. This Baskin Robbin’s is SORRY!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
