  Service desk seems to always be closed when I come after work. 1 or 2 times is understandable but every time see like an issue that needs to be addressed.

  THEY GAVE MY INSTACART ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON!!! I spent $267 on food and came to pick up, following the process, calling them and asking ended up going inside. When I got inside I saw my order was already picked up. It took 20 minutes to talk to someone then when they spoke to me they didn’t offer anything or help in any way to address the issue. The manager says “we can give you a $10 gift card”. I’ve been in the store 40 minutes and they’re shopping the order they gave someone else, finally. How did they give $270+ to the wrong person!!

  Food stuff great deals noticed durham FL is higher than Raleigh FL yet they have things I've never even seen in the raleigh stores. Great customer service too.

  The store itself is usually clean and well-stocked on the items that I want to buy. I usually go to Walmart for items like snacks, milk, and hygiene products, since Food Lion charges higher prices for these items. However, the location of this store is very convenient for where I live. I love the MVP deals; they come in handy when I'm on a tight budget. Being open until 11 pm is also a great bonus. Everything was good until today. Most of the employees here seem fairly nice and helpful. However, today was an exception. I was at the self-checkouts around 2:30 pm, doing my own thing... when suddenly a female employee (AA, long black/brown hair, black-framed glasses) came over, picked up my personal handbasket, and asked me a question. I couldn't hear her because I was wearing my headphones/listening to music. I assumed she was grabbing my empty basket because she thought it belonged to the store (it's happened before). I told her it was mine, but she didn't put it back down, so I repeated, "it's mine" a little louder. She snapped at me and said, "I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME--I was trying to help you!" I was shocked by her response. I grabbed my basket from her and left feeling angry and disrespected. I didn't ask for help, nor did I need it at the time. I don't understand why I can't just go into the store, get what I need, mind my own business, and leave.
