  On Christmas Eve at 9:40am, I went thru the self checkout and I asked for assistance for a price correction on some fruitcakes that were marked on the shelf for sale for $4.99, but rang up at $5.49. The small middle-aged lady that helped me was disrespectful towards me, made me go back to the shelf and take a picture to prove to her that it was indeed a mistake (instead of calling for an associate to go check), and when the transaction was done, she just turned her back and walked away and did not apologize for the inconvenience. She obviously didn't want to be working today. I drive past 2 grocery stores on my way to this one. I'll be giving those other 2 grocery stores my business from here on out. I just want to do business with folks who appreciate me. I used to be a manager, and I know the cost of hiring sub-par employees. You loose valuable customers as a result. However, most customers who never come back as a result of bad encounter just go away silently, never to return. However I figured that I'd leave Foodlion a little Christmas gift in the form of some extremely valuable feedback.

  I fell outside while jogging. I was immediately offered assistance by Ms. Ana. She took care of me and made me feel welcome in her store. The entire staff here are very professional. Ive jogged in and out of the store at least 2 times a week over the past 3 months. Everyone is polite and welcoming. Very organized and clean.

  Don't waste your time. This location has gone downhill for the last several years meats are not stocked and watch out for the staff in the dairy department very condescending. You'll be better off going to a different location.
