  Really disappointed, this was my first time at this location and honestly I should have checked the reviews before even stopping but I hate Starbucks so here we are. I placed my order in the drive thru and at the window I tell the barista that I want to reload some money onto my app. She seems confused as to what I am asking, so I show her my app with a $0.00 balance and show her the cash and again ask to reload my app with the cash. Still confused I back up my instructions because clearly we are not understanding or listening. So now three times I asked for her to reload my app with the cash I was trying to give her. If she didn’t understand she needed to ask for help. Instead she takes my cash and uses it as a form of payment telling me a balance. We are now at 4 times I am telling her I wanted to reload my app with the cash I gave her! What are we not understanding?! She then goes to the other girl working with her and start discussing the issue. After a moment of waiting she comes back over and starts a phone call on her cell phone. The other girl with her that had blue hair comes over and hands me my food only to snatch it back and slam it on the counter then looks at me and says “she’s figuring it out” and walks away. At this point I have had enough. Customer service nonexistent at all!!!!! Baristas not knowledgeable about cash handling, huge problem. There needs to be some serious retraining done here or an experienced manager available to help. And yes my dash cam will be sent to a district manager and corporate for the correction of training purposes. This happened on 4/10/2026 around 3:15pm of this helps identify the two girls working. Now I’m hungry and no coffee, Starbucks can take my money 😤

  Ordered coffee and food for my roommate and myself. The food came fine, but our large coffees were not even filled up in the cup all the way. A good amount was missing in both our coffees.

  I orders a hot chocolate with an espresso shot. Was watery. I asked for a mocha swirl to be added in it and was told “can’t do that” in a rude way. On top that the drink wasn’t mixed. The guy looked like he was new.
