  Went here yesterday to order food, I was waiting in the lobby for like a good 15-20 minutes. Nobody greeted me or took my order, I had to check if the store was close or something I entered around 6 and know they close at 8. An amazing customer there told me that the employee was hiding after taking his order, literally waited there for no reason and the employee never came out.

  Terribly bad, a complete change of all staff is needed. The food is terrible, as is the coffee and the wait. It’s exasperating.

  Anytime we go through the drive-thru to get coffee at this location, the service is always excellent and the employees are very friendly.

  Shout out to lonnie! This was my first time visiting the store because I'm not from this area. I go to Dunkin all the time but by far this was the best customer service I've ever received. Lonnie was so sweet and absolutely made my day. My drink is amazing and his service was absolutely fantastic!

  Went inside for two drinks and loaded hash browns. Drinks came out fast, food took forever. Instead of apologizing for the wait, the employee complained about how my husband took the bag. Maybe focus less on attitude and more on speed and professionalism. Do better.
