  The food was ok. And the attitudes are irregular just like the portions. If they closed I would not be surprised. My favorite one is Southpoint. I said this all after eating my dinner too. To make sure I wasn’t hangry.

  I had high hopes for the new Chipotle Mexican Grill, but unfortunately it fell short. The food was average at best, and the rice was noticeably undercooked, which really brought down the overall meal. The service was fine—nothing particularly bad, but nothing memorable either. What really stood out, though, was the condition of the restaurant and surrounding parking area. It was absolutely atrocious. Trash was everywhere, both inside and outside, making the entire place feel neglected and unclean. It’s disappointing to see a new location already in this kind of shape. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

  If you want everything in your bowl to be half of a scoop, then the side sauce to be 25% full, then this is the store for you. Could fit my bowl in a taco bell tortilla.

  The people behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our presence. I get that it was 30 minutes to closing when I walked in, but the prep counter was extremely dirty. Food everywhere. I mean if people can see that mess it's not somewhere where people want to eat. Plus the guy behind the counter was touching the food bins without gloves. I walked out and went to the Page road location

  🚨UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE🚨 On Sunday, March 8, I went to eat at this Chipotle and had a very concerning experience with my card being charged. When I tapped my card to pay, a charge of $51.01 appeared before my actual purchase of a $9.89 chicken bowl. I immediately asked the cashier about it and requested a receipt for the $51.01 charge. The cashier told me their system sometimes has a 7-second lag and assured me that I was not actually charged. After that, I tapped my card again and was charged $9.89 for my chicken bowl, and I received a receipt for that purchase. Later that evening around 8 PM, I checked my bank account and saw that the $51.01 charge had in fact gone through. I went back to the store to try to resolve the issue and spoke with the manager, Julius. He said they could not find the charge in their system and that their system had been “glitching.” Instead of resolving it there, he told me to call my bank and dispute the charge. Because of this, I now have to wait up to two weeks for the dispute process, and since it’s considered an unknown charge, I also have to wait for a replacement card. If you’re coming here, I recommend keeping a close eye on your bank statements. I was told the system was “glitching,” but a $51.01 charge still went through.
