- MWMizuko WApr 4, 20264.0I want to start this off by saying that Ariana was a wonderful server with a beautiful attitude and this review is very much separate from her and the only reason why this is 4-stars. She rushed to get to us (my mom and I) as soon as she possibly could even though she more than likely doesn't get paid enough to do so lol. When she did take our order, she was just as helpful and patient as she could be. Overall, this store is just okay. The cleanliness was decent enough, there were still some options left at the time of night I came in (9:15-9:30pm), and the food was still hot. The lettuce looked like it needed to be replaced with brown bits in it. The atmosphere felt okay. While I'm not expecting to be greeted upon entering an establishment all the time, acknowledgement would be great. There was a small group of workers on the side talking and it did take a few moments before they took notice to us and 1 other customer ahead of us while the only other worker in the front (Ariana) was obviously already busy doing something else and did try to take the customers asap. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication amongst the staff and lots of seemingly bad attitudes with how they were speaking to each other as well (more specifically the lead/management to the their co-workers). Overall, I can't say I would return to this Chipotle but, most Chipotles are just about decent and quick overcharged food rather than service. Thanks Ariana for being great tonight and go decompress, you certainly deserve it!💜

What they gave me was ridiculous. We had to run out and get additional food from another place just to feed our staff. The quality of the food was also horrible. All in all I have directed my staff to NEVER order from this place again. When we told the staff at Chipotle our story they could care less.
