  I arrived around 8:45 PM, which is still far from closing time. The young man who helped me was really straight to the point and matter of fact. It’s my first time there and I’m reading off in order to him and he really was rushing me. He barely made eye contact with me as if I was invisible. Once he finished my two orders, he started working with someone else. I didnt know he was done nor that I had to go down to another lady who never made eye contact with me or said a word to me. I finally realized I needed to talk to her as she was the cashier. She wasn’t friendly at all. She told me how much and said thank you and walked away. The place was not clean certain spots of the floor was wet, which is a liability and it was just overall a very hollow experience. I will NOT be returning there and would recommend those of you who want to have experience excellent customer service at a chipotle, avoid this one . I suggest you go to the one on Roxboro Rd. They provide excellent customer service and the place is always clean and lastly , you always feel valued as a customer. . I was ordering the food for two of my family members so they would have to taste the food. The food appeared to be fresh. It looked good. I don’t know.
