  Overly charred/burned chicken, food items that should be available were not available, and the person that prepared my bowl had to be told multiple times to add more of some items to my bowl....even tried to skimp on lettuce. This was my first visit to this store and the food and service are just as bad as the stores off of Ellis Rd and the one off of Roxboro Rd. The dining area and patio were nice.

  I went in around 5 PM today to pick up my online order. There was no line, and several employees were standing around, yet no one acknowledged me as I approached the pickup area. The employee responsible for pickups was facing the wall and didn’t turn around, even as I waited—and remained that way until I eventually turned to leave. Meanwhile, the employee at the register was staring straight ahead at an empty space and didn’t respond until another worker (I’m not sure if he was a manager) told him to assist me. I’ve visited this location more than a dozen times, and unfortunately, I’ve never felt welcomed by the staff. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if it’s just me—but the experience has been consistently disappointing. What made it worse is that I was prompted to tip in advance, before I had any interaction with the staff.

  They need to learn how to listen and roll a burrito, typically they are 80% rice even if you request light rice, and the overstuff the burrito so it falls apart instead of staying together. Go to Moe's instead.

  Come here during a workday lunch time is horrible. 1. They don’t care what you need. They serve what they have (like they are giving the food for free) 2. They don’t care which sauce you want and only give you the one need to be charged. 3. They are beyond rush and even the lettuce out for 5 second, they don’t wait and close your bowl straight. Come here during workday you will have a decent chance for not getting what you ordered.

  This location is usually very consistent! One of the managers at this spot skimps out on meat and it’s honestly frustrating. If I’m paying for double chicken I’d like to get a decent portion. Food was good for the most part but if you advertise a protein bowl and only get a few cubes of protein it’s hard to come back to this location when there is a new one down the street.
