  This is the slowest chick filet. I've ever been to most of the time.I prize them on how quick and expedient their service is.But instead, their workers are just outside talking, ain't not doing anything.I'm never coming back here again.They just need to close this place.It's a shame for what the chick fil a image is.

  Ordered 8 count movers and medium fries on the app. App estimated it would be ready in about 8 minutes. I got to the restaurant in about 10 minutes, then had to wait another 15 minutes in the restaurant (placed order as a counter pickup, not drivethru). Team was friendly, but should not take this long for my order. Of course the focus seems to be on servicing drivethru customers as priority (like most fast food joints). Biggest disappointment was that after this extended wait, the fries were room temperature at best and the nuggets were barely warm. I think they had forgotten I was standing there waiting for my order because the last person who asked, "are you waiting for an order" 🙄, then grabbed a bag that was sitting on the counter to hand to me. 🤨

  Not enough seating in dining room. Also 8 children (various ages) had 2 tables & their mother's were seated far from them and the children were loud, diners sitting together couldn't have conversations due to the children being loud and the mothers just ignored them. My friend and I couldn't have a conversation in a normal voice and my friend even went to the table and asked the children to be a little quieter. That lasted 5 mins..The mothers continued to ignore the kids (a couple of them were around 14 or 15 years old)and this made an unpleasant dining experience for all the patrons. This kids also made messes which they didn't clean up, took their trash and just laid it on top of trash receptacle. Other patrons were complaining but employees stated that they weren't all to say anything.

  Seems fully staffed with multiple people working the drive through. Only had two shakes in the evening and took forever. This is definitely the slowest CFA I have ever been to.

  I’m not a big fan of this specific location (food quality, service, atmosphere, etc. are usually less than desirable); however, there is a team member named Tory (or Tori — not sure) who has gone out of their way on several occasions to provide great customer service. Today is a miserable, cold, rainy day, and Tory is working the drive through. They were extremely pleasant despite working in such poor weather conditions. On another occasion, I had to come inside after an item was missing from my order that I received in the drive through, and Tory (who was clearly in the middle of another task) stopped what they were doing to quickly retrieve what I was missing. Things like this truly make the difference for customers, and Tory deserves the credit! Thank you, Tory, for the great service!
