We pulled up to the pick-up -- wrong order, had to bring it to their attention, and then given two dipping sauces for 20 chick minis. We pulled over, walked back, and were given a healthy dose of attitude for asking for more sauces. If we wanted attitude, we would have gone to McDs.

The manager at the window tonight on 01/30/25 and I was explaining to the nice black gentlemen that my fries are always cold when they put them outside. The manager (white guy with blue shirt on was so rude) he stop our conversation rudely as if I was holding up the line but I wouldn’t even be folding up the line if my food hadn’t been sitting outside. He then proceeds to shove the food in my face. He is very rude and I will never comeback to this chick fil a. I was already not having a good day and he made it worse don’t go here! I actually killed him with kindness and came straight to review
