  There is always something missing. Staff has an attitude when you point it out. Today I am missing an English muffin and grilled chicken filet, yesterday it was my salad dressing, and so on.

  Used to be highest level member on the app and eat here several times a week. Service has gotten very slow in the past 6 months and my order is wrong or has something missing 2/3 of the time. Got tired of pulling around and waiting for them to fix my order every time I visited, so I'm not coming back to this location again.

  Usually everything here is so incredibly amazing but the bacon egg and cheese biscuit I got for breakfast. This morning was quite literally rancid. I took a bite and immediately spawned out while finding the urge to gag. I don’t know if it was the egg or the bread or what but something and it had spoiled and was absolutely foul currently still trying not to vomit and truly disappointed how this breakfast meal turned out. Like I said, normally everything is amazing but this morning… was a horrific miss.

  Came in at breakfast to get a scramble bowl, drive thru line was wrapped to the exit so went inside where there was one person in line. Stood behind them for ten minutes and made my own mobile order before that person had finished ordering. Then waited again to get my food. Should not take more than 10 minutes to make a hash brown scramble bowl, service was not great.

  I gave this location one more try today, but I’ll keep driving the extra 7 minutes to the one two exits down the interstate. I don’t know how their service manages to be so slow here. It’s terrible every time, and I’m not a person who is generally impatient or grumbles. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I had to leave after 10 minutes of waiting for two drinks because I had to pick up a child from school. I asked them to cancel my order when she came to the car and asked me to pull around and wait. All I ordered was drinks! I have not been refunded yet, and I keep getting stuck in a loophole when I try to request a refund on the app. I can’t emphasize how much I never leave bad reviews and generally am willing to give the benefit of the doubt. This CFA has screwed up too many times. I really did want to try and redeem it today. CFA in general is still really great and will likely issue me drink vouchers, but you just can’t go here if you don’t have time to wait, even for just drinks, and even when it isn’t busy.
