  This is how a BK should be! Super friendly staff, exceptionally clean, delicious, hot food, and it looks like on the commercials! Coming from Wilmington where NO ONE goes to either BK because they're awful, this was a breath of fresh air! Best fast food fries I've ever had! Yes, even better than the ones served by the Clown! Place was darn near spotless inside with a guy mopping everywhere, not just in the easy to see areas. Cashier smiling constantly and alternating from speaking English to Spanish and back without missing a beat. Extremely friendly and got my order fast! We dined in and he even asked if everything was ok as we were leaving. That's service you rarely see anymore! We will definitely be coming back here when we return to Durham as it made me remember his much I used to love BK before the ones in Wilmington turned to trash!

  As a former Assistant Manager who has worked at three different Burger King locations, I am extremely disappointed in the service and food quality here. I placed a specific request for my Whopper patty to be taken straight off the broiler, not from the holding hopper. Having managed these kitchens, I know the distinct difference in texture and temperature when a patty has been sitting and is simply "warmed up" versus being fresh off the flame. Despite the POS system having the functionality for fresh requests, the manager on duty (Tex) was dismissive. When I requested to wait for a fresh patty, he shook his head and claimed everything was fresh because they "started cooking at 10:30." It was nearly 11:00 AM. In any well-run BK, 30 minutes in a holding pan is not "fresh," and a manager should understand that a customer’s willingness to wait for quality should be met with cooperation, not an attitude. It’s disappointing to see a location where the leadership actively discourages standard quality requests. If you want a Whopper that actually tastes like it was flame-broiled today, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

  First time going back to BK and at this location I had a really awesome experience. Service is awesome and workers are really friendly, food is very fresh and hot(very yummy too). Everything about this Burger King is awesome. Thank you!
