- URUnlearn 2 RelearnApr 5, 20261.0We came around closing (10:35) and with only 2 cars in front of us didn't get our order taken until 10:50. We paid at the window and then the cashier disappeared and someone else came to the window asking for our number. We waited some more and then he came back and asked again for our numbers and why we were waiting. We gave him our receipt and he accused us of being "drunk as hell" then he went and "got our food" in exchange for our numbers. Finally, at 10:58 we got some food. The food was COLD and NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. When we complained he said "what im supposed to do with that" and laughed. No answer when we called to notify someone this morning. Will try again bc this was unacceptable.

Then Use my debit card, walk over to Fry station And bagged my fries with his bare hands, touching my fries because he is grabbing fries from the top instead of the bottom, he ignored the person that was at the station assigned station and bagged my fries. They don’t care to put on gloves while handling our food. I’ve been to this location and seen there was no one to serve food, so I understand he has to do more than one job. But you should care to sanitize your hands with one squirt ! Or put a glove on. or even try grabbing from the bottom. It’s nasty. The manager seemed to not care. I couldn’t leave a feedback with my receipt. So I came here. Please stop grabbing our food with them dirty hands.
