  Was told 10 minutes. Turned into 50 minutes after telling the host three times I was a party of two. Waiters did not show much sense of urgency to move the wait time. Long service but food was good.

  In order my food at almost 4pm online. Food said should be ready around 4:30. I walked in around 4:20 and my food was done. I order 2 for 2 meals. Once we got our food it literally take 6 mins for me to get home. The food was cold I could tell the food was rewarmed. My burgers were so hard , the lettuce was so old, cheese wasn’t melted. Fries were hard as a rock and old. I was just so upset. I usually never have issues with this location. The food was just so old and nasty. Very displeased

  Ordered delivery from the website and was given an hour delivery time. After two hours I called over and over for about 20 minutes before anyone would even answer the phone. When someone did answer and I asked about my order, I was told “yeah it’s here.” When I said I had selected delivery, I was told that they don’t do delivery themselves, only through delivery services. I told the woman I spoke with that I selected delivery on the website and didn’t have an option to choose a delivery service. She was unapologetic and repeated they don’t offer delivery. She then told me I could come pick it up. I just told them to refund my money. If you don’t order delivery, don’t offer it on the website. And answer your phone. People should have to spend 20 minutes calling repeatedly to talk to someone. Never ordering from this location again.

  The service was awesome. Our server Allison was great, friendly & timely. With that being said, the food was terrible! The Appetizer chips & dip was not good. The guacamole tasted like 10 limes were squeezed in it. The salsa seemed like it had marinara at the bottom w/ Pico de Gallo on top & the queso cheese was watery runny. Then the wings...they were soggy & drenched with a large amount of sauce. Not your traditional wings at all. $65 (w/ tip) later for lunch, we are left terribly disappointed.
